The PIAV assessment explores your “passions” in life and how they impact your relationship with others. It assesses the interests, attitudes and values that drive your behavior. These passions are formed by genetics and life experiences; they influence how we see the world, how we value certain activities, and what impels us into action.

360 Performance Feedback

Specifically designed for those who wish to discover the perceptions of others and how they compare to your self-assessment. It is used for leaders, managers, team leaders, team members and individual contributors. The 360 designation indicates the breadth of input, which includes peers, subordinates and superiors.

The assessment focuses on key competencies that are typically customized with the participant, and can include factors such as leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, integrity, quality of work and handling of conflict.
